Once you are ready to go ahead, your booking details, agreed coverage, invoice and payment dates are confirmed clearly in writing.
A £100 booking fee applies to Evening DJ bookings. A £150 booking fee applies to Daytime MC & Host, Day-to-Evening and All-Day DJ & MC services. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event, with instalments available by prior agreement.

Daytime hosting can include warm welcomes, introductions, announcements, speeches support, wireless microphones and calm guidance through key moments.
Evening DJ service starts from £450. Final quotes depend on date, venue, timings, access and the level of support required.
The booking fee is £100 for Evening DJ bookings and £150 for Daytime MC & Host, Day-to-Evening and All-Day DJ & MC services. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Extra time after midnight is £75 per hour, subject to availability and the venue’s permitted finish time.
Yes. Confirmed bookings are covered by written booking details, invoice information and the Mike Hackett Terms and Conditions 2026.
